The S.r.l.s. may also be composed of a single shareholder. Unlike the \u201cordinary S.r.l.\u201d there is a minimum<em>\u00a0<strong>share capital<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>of \u20ac1, up to a maximum of \u20ac9,999.99. The\u00a0<em><strong>capital must be fully paid in cash<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0to the administrative body at the time the company incorporation.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em><strong>memorandum of association<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0must be drafted as a public deed by a\u00a0<strong><em>notary<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>in accordance with a standard model prescribed by law.
