Open Company Group<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>was established after numerous applications for registration of legal entities by foreign citizens in Rome in 2004 by its founder, Mr. Francesco Giorgio (www.francescogiorgio.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n

More than twenty years we have been working at the heart of two major Italian business cities: Milan and Rome<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

He has been providing consulting services in the fields of taxation and accounting for more than twenty years. He is an expert in tax law, corporate law and corporate strategic planning. He serves as manager of both private companies and non-profit organizations as well as CEO of companies in Italy and abroad. He is a National Council Member of the Italian National Association of Tax Advisors and an administrative and tax consultant to public sector institutions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Andrea Ernandes<\/span><\/strong><\/em>

Specialist in the processing of accounting and tax data. He manages client relations and is an expert in corporate law, business consulting, and management control.<\/p>\n

Franca Judica<\/b><\/em><\/h4>\n

Senior Consultant, she holds a degree in Economics and Business and coordinates the activities related to the processing of accounting and tax data for the Team. She is also a specialist in labour law.<\/p>\n

Maria Elena Peres<\/span><\/b><\/em><\/h4>\n

She holds a degree in Economics \u2013 Administration, Finance and Control, and is a specialist in business management, financial statement analysis, and tax law. She is responsible for administration and for processing accounting and tax data for both Italian and foreign clients.<\/p>\n

Nadia Rahman<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

Interpreter, assists daily in foreign investments in the company management and is involved as a team member in accounting, administrative and tax management activities in English.<\/p>\n

Alessandro Petroselli<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

Since 1999 he is an Accredited Consultant in HR Management, working throughout Italy and in all production sectors. He has many years of experience in sectors such as construction, show business, agriculture, industrial sector, individual businesses as well as cooperatives.<\/p>\n

From the very beginning of his professional career, he helps companies to make strategic decisions and optimize the expenses of employing staff.<\/p>\n

He has extensive experience in working with trade unions, pension and insurance funds.<\/p>\n

Barili Attorneys-At-Law<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

Barili started in the mid’ 70’s, due to the accumulated legal practice of lawyer Giorgio Barili. Over the years, the company has been growing, strengthening its position and ensuring high level of professionalism when dealing with clients in all areas of law.<\/p>\n
