{"id":679,"date":"2020-04-10T11:56:06","date_gmt":"2020-04-10T09:56:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pegasoadv.cloud\/betaoci\/?p=679"},"modified":"2021-01-20T13:42:00","modified_gmt":"2021-01-20T12:42:00","slug":"law-decree-liquidita-2020-subsised-loans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.opencompanyitaly.com\/en\/law-decree-liquidita-2020-subsised-loans\/","title":{"rendered":"Law Decree &#8220;Liquidit\u00e0&#8221; 2020: Subsised loans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 8th April 2020, the new Law Decree n.23 called &#8220;Liquidit\u00e0&#8221; was issued.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main tax and financial facilities provided for businesses and professionals, is the the possibility<strong>\u00a0<em>to request loans up to a maximum of 25% of the turnover of the year 2019 or alternatively, up to double amount of the company&#8217;s staff costs for 2019 to be returned in 6 years and with a coverage of 90% of the guarantees by the Italian State.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><u>For amounts up to \u00a025.000,00 euro, the rating assessment is not carried out<\/u><\/strong><strong>. The request for loans up to 25.000,00 provides for a rapid and automatic procedure<\/strong>,<\/em> both for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and for individuals carrying out business, arts or professions.\u00a0<em><strong>In this case, the financing will be 100% guaranteed by the State\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>with a repayment of up to 6 years<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 8th April 2020, the new Law Decree n.23 called &#8220;Liquidit\u00e0&#8221; was issued.
