A company have to pay\u00a0salary just using traceable methods, like:<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-572\" src=\"https:\/\/pegasoadv.cloud\/betaoci\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Stipendio.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"160\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\u2022 Bank transfer to the employee\u2019s bank account;<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Electronic means of payment;<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Cash payment, but just to the bank or post in which the employee have the account;<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Bank check, directly delivered to the employee or to the spouse, cohabitant or a first-degree relative, older than 16 years old, delegated.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In case of breach, there is a penalty of 1.000 \u20ac to 5.000 \u20ac.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Furthermore, the signature on payroll, cannot be used as proof of payment.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The new law covers all kind of\u00a0 employment contracts, except public employees, domestic workers, trainees, occasional workers and scholarship; the latter can still be paid in cash.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Starting from the 1st of July 2018, it will not be possible anymore to pay the salary or part of it in cash.
