{"id":736,"date":"2017-10-27T13:19:59","date_gmt":"2017-10-27T11:19:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pegasoadv.cloud\/betaoci\/?p=736"},"modified":"2021-01-20T13:21:26","modified_gmt":"2021-01-20T12:21:26","slug":"investor-visa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.opencompanyitaly.com\/en\/investor-visa\/","title":{"rendered":"Investor Visa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em><strong>With the Budjet Draft Law 2017, the Government want to facilitate Foreign Investments in Italy, by a special Residence Permit for more than 3 Months (art. 26-bis D.Lgs. 286\/1998).<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-645\" src=\"https:\/\/pegasoadv.cloud\/betaoci\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Investor-Visa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"160\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Investitors may exceed the maximum number of foreigners permitted in Italy (in accordance with art. 3. co. 4), in case of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investment of min 2.000.000,00 \u20ac in Government Bond, to be implemented over 2 years;<\/li>\n<li>Investment of min 1.000.000,00 \u20ac in Share Capital of a Company established and working in Italy, implemented over 2 years (500.000,00 in case of Innovative Start-Up);<\/li>\n<li>Philanthropic Donation min 1.000.000,00 \u20ac in support of a Public Interest Project (Culture, Education, Immigration Management, Scientific Research, Restoration of Cultural Assets and Landscapes) and:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0They Show that the amount above are in their own disposal and may be transferred in Italy;<\/li>\n<li>They undertake to invest the amount abore with a written declaration, within 3 months from the date of entry in Italy;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0They show to have enough resources to live in Italy during the period of residence.<\/li>\n<li>The procedure for the verification of requirements is currently being established.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>At the end of the verification, Investor will receive a special VISA called \u201cVisto Investitori\u201d with a residence permit of 2 years, renewable for periods of 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>Also in this case, family reunification is allowed (art. 29), they will be eligible for a Family Residence Permit (Permesso di Soggiorno per motivi Familiari) (art.30).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the Budjet Draft Law 2017, the Government want to facilitate Foreign Investments in Italy, by a special Residence Permit for more than 3 Months (art. 26-bis D.Lgs. 286\/1998).
