The “Cura Italia” Law Decree, approved on 16 March 2020 to deal with the COVID-19 emergency, modifies the deadline to approve the Financial Statement 2019 and The procedures for carrying out the Shareholder’s Meetings.

In particular, it provides for the possibility to convene the ordinary Shareholder Meeting of Limited companies within 180 days starting to the end of the tax year. The deadline  for the approval of the Financial Statements 2019 is 28 June 2020.
