On 8th April 2020, the new Law Decree n.23 called “Liquidità” was issued.

One of the main tax and financial facilities provided for businesses and professionals, is the the possibility to request loans up to a maximum of 25% of the turnover of the year 2019 or alternatively, up to double amount of the company’s staff costs for 2019 to be returned in 6 years and with a coverage of 90% of the guarantees by the Italian State.

For amounts up to  25.000,00 euro, the rating assessment is not carried out. The request for loans up to 25.000,00 provides for a rapid and automatic procedure, both for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and for individuals carrying out business, arts or professions. In this case, the financing will be 100% guaranteed by the State with a repayment of up to 6 years
